The newest F300E now has
post-filters.
The door has also been changed on this new model.
The
prior door
was the same as used on the
F200E.
The
new F300E door
is now the same as the
F50F1065 door,
but with bold blue paint, a take-notice selling point for residential resale. Both the F50F and new F300E door
have the
test button (sparks when pressed).
The difference between the F300E and F50F is in the paint scheme.
The new post filters are standard equipment with the F300E and optional with the F50F.
The F300E has a bold blue door
and the power box cover is painted white.
The F50F has a rugged commercial color.
The parts list in the respective manuals will show all other parts have the same parts number.
The F300E, F50F and F58F utilized the same high frequency switch mode power supply that is self-regulating through a wide range of cell dirt loading conditions.
The F300E, F50F and F58F all have the air flow switch turns on the air cleaner only when there is air flow.
And a galvanized cabinet protects against rust.
Plugs in to a standard 120v outlet.
Five year warranty.

Solid state power supply is self-regulating, maintaining peak air cleaner efficiency
over a wide range of cell dirt loading conditions. Dual voltage solid state power supply allows
more efficient particle charging (8150V) and more collection surface area (4280V).
Solid state airflow switch sensitivity makes it compatible with
variable speed equipment. Line cord plugs into wall outlet to simplify installation.
Test button check system operation. Galvanized cabinet protects against rust.

W8600F:
The W8600F indicator panel has four liquid crystal display (LCD) arrowheads that point to ON, BATTERY,
SERVICE or FAULT.
The W8600F requires wiring to the F300E/F50F using 3-conductor thermostat wire (not included).
The ON and FAULT indication is obtained from the wired connection.
The SERVICE indication is based on elapsed run time preset with dip switches.
The run time is based on the time unit is operating and not calendar days.
W8600A:
The W8600A indicator panel has four liquid crystal display (LCD) arrowheads that point to Battery, Air Cleaner, UV Air Treatment, and Humidifier.
The W8600A simply reminds the homeowner that service is due based on calendar days.
The air cleaner reminder is set by dip switches to 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
The UV and humidifier settings are for one year.
No wiring is necessary for the W8600A.
